Snam has celebrated the conclusion of the acceleration path of the two winners, Atawey and EH Group, who have pitched their solutions to Snam and CDP Venture Capital, which is also committed to innovation and hydrogen development. The day represented the successful completion of the six-months journey in which the two startups benefited from managerial mentorship, as well as technical support from a dedicated team. The outcomes of the program have been a pre-feasibility studies of new use cases together with Snam and the creation of a link with new potential partners
Snam awarded as winners, the Swiss EH Group (fuel cells) and the French Atawey Hydrogen (refuelling stations) which will undertake an acceleration program.
Furthermore, the Italian company Particular Materials received “The Special Prize Tech of the Future” mention and will be included in an R&D program.
The HyAccelerator Challenge, the first Call4Startup of the HyAccelerator, has concluded the application collection process on the 7th of November 2021 and the team was extremely impressed by the number of startups and the quality of proposed solutions. More than 60 startups applied from all over the world on the five focus areas but only 7 were shortlisted to present their startup and hydrogen solution to an extended audience in the Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia in Milan for the HyAccelerator Day on the 21st of February 2022.
